In some otherworld space, Peter aged 24 meets Pierre - whom he realises is his own self,  at the age of 64. As they dialogue, Pierre's wisdom and experience heal Peter's emotional hurts, and Pieter's youthful innocence and courage help Pierre to face the last great hurdle of life.
